Good analysis. It discusses the idiotic voting system that we have in the U.S. Clearly out to lunch. Any thinking 4th grader can see it is arbitrary and unfair.

All you need is a runoff election if no one wins a simple majority. Solves the whole problem. Could do it with instant runoff. VT and OR are experimenting with runoff systems, doesn't need a constitution change I don't think.

Cryssake, they have runoff elections in South America, how can we be so dumb?
