Weekend!
Have an excellent weekend and see you bright and early Monday morning. This last week we got the additional three charges which are very severe and damning. I hope it gets to trial. Maybe this coming week we will learn about indictment three. It's coming.
Quest
For the month, I moved through my days focused on connecting to old friends, by email, phone and texting apps. I had rarely talked to or seen many of them over the past three years.
That first week I set up breakfast with Steven, one of those old friends I’d first met through other friends some 30 years ago.

Over time these types of measures are going to become more and more relevant, important, and used.

'Diamant'
When I put out my CD 'Silver' initially I left this track off, thinking it would go into the pile of tracks that I have not released. My wife told me to include it and because of that, I did. Turns out it's one of my most frequently streamed tracks. It's an ambient track, and the pace of the phrases imitates slow breathing, which always has a calming effect.

Washington Post: 5 things to watch for if Trump is indicted again Analysis By Aaron Blake
4. How do Republicans react?
The answer to this would seem predictable: They’ll criticize the charges as being symptomatic of a two-tiered justice system — without engaging on the merits of Trump’s alleged conduct. That’s certainly been the case with Trump’s hush-money indictment in Manhattan and his federal classified-documents indictment in Florida.

'If We Ever Broke Up'
I've got a lot to say about this song but I'll try to keep it short. I love this song for many reasons and I am impressed beyond usual by this new young artist who is all of 19. Musically it's in the style of many from her generation but there's a little bit more to it. You can hear it in the chorus, the hook of the song, "If we ever broke up....". It is contagious. You only need to hear it once to get it. Also I very much like the video. It's rooted in racial integration and this makes me happy. Also, there is in my opinion very little posing going on. This is about the music, it's not about someone seeking attention which we see so often.

Weekend!
Have an excellent weekend and see you bright and early Monday morning. Odds are probably reasonably strong that Trump will be indicted again in this upcoming week.
Comment
I'm a fan of 'Reels' on Facebook. It's short clips one after another, young people, models, comedians with one liners, basketball stars, musicians. But there's one series in particular that I've watched. It's by ayoung man, a former inmate, and he interviews former prison inmates discussing life in prison. At this point I skip over it, had enough of it actually.
But one thing discussed in this series on prison life, is how many criminals experienced a tremendous rush, a sense of grandeur, excitement, when they committed crimes. They enjoyed committing crimes.
This is pure speculation and I have no theories to back this up, but I suspect the former 45th president is enjoying the emotional rush of the many crimes he is being accused of. It's that simple. He likes it, he's reveling in it.
