Dr. O doesn't pull any punches. Viral Blizzard, Oy. We know the drill folks but this time it seems SARS has outflanked us with sheer force of numbers. It's everywhere. Get vaccinated if your not already and wear a good mask type (N95 or KN/KJ95.)
