Now this is quite fascinating. Rasmussen is a polling outfit that is heavily partisan and skewered to the right. Rasmussen will have Biden with a 1 point lead while most other outfits will have Biden with a 6 to 10 point lead, except for today. Today, Rasmussen has Biden with an 8 point lead. This is very unusual.
