"Why it Matters"
Yes, it's an impressive list by Fadel Allassan and a deserved grilling by Nadler. But until Barr is out, it's nothing more than an "effect-free" scolding.
The caption would be more accurate as: "WHY? It Matters?"
I would agree, I doubt that anyone's opinion of either Trump or Barr is significantly changed although I suspect that Barr's perjuries could be problematic.
His perjuries are only as problematic as there is willingness to prosecute to the full extent of the law. I don't expect Democrats will ever have the stomach for this unless they are "safe" - with majorities in all three branches of government.
