They just make it up moment to moment to moment and the more fantastic the better. The important thing is the ratings not the facts or the truth. He's got plenty of experience being a trained KGB guy. The Soviet regime was like this to a large degree and all Fascit States are as well. Law, Constitutions all that are out the window now. The Republic and democracy are old school no ratings.
