(Just as well: His plan would have knocked at least 23 million off health insurance, including many of you.) Instead, he’s doing what he can to cut it back and replace it with nothing. The new tax law will result in 13 million people losing health coverage, according to the Congressional Budget Office.

It's NOT just OCARE either that he wants to smash apart folks. He's basically an ANARCHIST and it's obvious he and his GOP allies also want to smash apart everything but Defense and those agencies that feed BIG Corp. Beyond that its all up for grabs all of it.
I don't even think it goes as far as you describe. These GOP guys are there to make as much wealth as they can for themselves. Trump is leading the way. They are vulture politicians.
