500 yrs. ago it was the Catholic Church denying that the Sun was at the center of our solar system. Its the nature of regresses to deny some reality that runs counter to the ideology or worldview they live around.

The clip I posted is the source material for this article. It's a sad thing listening to these knuckleheads. With the exception of Louie Gohmert, each GOPer tries his or her damnedest to sound like some kind of intellectual. It's such a pile of bullshit.
