I was out to the bay area visiting old friends last fall. It was bone dry then and people were getting worried. Now its dangerously dry. It should be raining there this time of yr. instead its bright sunny and dry every day. Nice till your water bill comes in the mail. AS they say in Calif. If its yellow its mellow, if its brown it goes down.
