Rising Sea Levels On The Northeast Coast

A few years ago a friend living in Albany NY was pointing to the Hudson River from the front stoop of his house. Albany is 150 miles north of NYC and this house is several hundred feet above the level of the famous river. He was telling me that he thought he had prime waterfront property in the near future...
