DOW Closes Higher

The DOW closed at 12,758.85 gaining 83.10 points.

The Federal Reserve issued a 'ground breaking' forecast for the American economy - more jobs than previously expected in 2012, less growth than previously expected in 2012, and interest rates remaining at near 0% through 2014.
