The Fed has decided to raise the rate at which it issues "emergency loans" to banks from .5% to .75% and the Nikkei is falling.
Poor dears, that .25% must be heartbreaking. All those nice cheap outstanding equities bought on almost free money is now going to cost a few pennies more.
