Cool. This is a great time for "community notes".
For me, it's the time I give up Facebook for the most part with the exception of my indie music connections.
Quitting fb is the right thing to do.
But shouldn’t we try to monitize Community Notes first? Just sayin’ 😜
What is Community Notes?
This is Zuckerberg‘s term for people being the new ‘fact checkers’. He’s says he’s getting back to his roots of Facebook being a free expression format. Bald face cynicism never looks so good or so profitable.
I stopped posting stuff on Facebook, I need a hiatus from it for several reasons, but this change is especially distasteful.
Distasteful is too diplomatic a word. I would use something harsher.
