What we need are more studies that show eating vegetables is better than taking a supplement. Otherwise, how will we know what’s good for us?

The article says broccoli pills are on the rise, but it’s still healthier to eat the vegetable. Saying we need more research is me being hilarious. You may laugh now.
The aspect of the article that caught me was that cutting up the broccoli and then letting it sit for 90 minutes allows the cut pieces to produce more sulforaphane which is good for us. I'm more of a take the part of an article that seems beneficial and then skip the rest.
That was the point of the article and does seem to offer some benefit. Will you be preparing your broccoli differently from now on?
