Love the term McMindfullness. I teach T'ai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong four days a week and one of my gripes is the word Mindfullness. It's been reduced to a cliche and needs to go away. I don't use it anymore. I just use the plain old word attention instead. Pay attention means invest in being aware that's what I tell my students.

Kudos for teaching T'ai Chi and Qi Gong. The world needs as much help as it can get right about now.
