It kind of reminds me of a scene in the classic 80s movie Beetlejuice where a guide is given Alec Baldwin and Genna Davis a tour of the afterlife and he stops to point out a bunch of ghosts flying about in a view out a window and he says to them
"That's Death for the already dead."

I remember the movie well. The dead sea is dead and it's all because of people too.
