Were lucky Murphy won in NJ. Actually he beat the odds since NO Dem. Gov. has won relection since 1977.

Democratic initiatives in NY were rejected on Tuesday. The Republicans are doing somersaults and think they're in contention for the governorship in 2022. I don't know how they possibly get past NYC, Albany, Buffalo, and Syracuse and win with the NY rural vote - not going to happen. I was surprised by how close the vote was in Jersey. There must be a lot of red areas there.
