It's a stacked Court one that got their because of one man Mitch McConnell. He did it by making sure Obama couldn't put anyone on the Court while jamming through Trump's Court appointees in record time one 3 days right before a major election. The Dems. though are hapless and will do nothing to right this massive injustice one that might result in the needless deaths of millions of women and might very well help the Republicans toward their goal of permanent minority rule.

I have no idea how this is solved. There was talk of increasing the number of justices and in some way balancing out the MAGAs. I haven't heard any talk of this lately, I suspect it's on the back burner. We're stuck. They'll overturn RvW and then states will decide what to do on their own unless in time the next GOP president along with GOP Congress and Senate make abortion a federal crime. That could very well happen. I don't see a whole lot of intelligence coming out of the right these days, it's just a boatload of crazy and a boatload of violence.
