The prices around me are absurd. No wonder buyers are starting to balk.
Prices are high around here too. You can get a very pretty penny for your house now. The problem is one needs a plan for where to go after the sale because apartment prices are equally high. You can exchange a monthly mortgage payment for monthly apartment rent and end up paying more especially if you've been in your house more than ten years or so. People around here move south, it's not for me. First time buyers have to pony-up a boatload of dough to make a down payment.
