Doesn't matter Amy and her gang are going to overturn Roe and maybe even make Abortion illegal everywhere in America by claiming as they overturn Roe that a fertilized egg is essentially a full born human being and citizen with all the rights of due process therefore a women cannot end her pregnancy anywhere in America from that moment on. That moment being possibly before Xmas this year. A case from Mississippi is to be ruled on in Dec. and it asks that the court specifically overturn Roe and make the unborn citizens. Don't be surprised if most birth control also become illegal as well with the overturning of Roe etc. How will Americans react? I predict they will be outraged but DO NOTHING. It will be as if the Taliban has also taken over America as well. I also predict that next this court is going to OUTLAW homosexuality and gay marriage again and end Trans rights at the same time. America in 1 year is going to find itself back in the 50's. Again, shocking as it might sound I don't believe the Biden Admin. will do anything but complain and people might march about but for naught. The jails will fill up in Red States with lots of new prisoners for the private prisons. The right will be in heaven.

My understanding is that if Roe is overturned, then states can do as they wish. There would have to be a federal law that outlaws abortion. I understand your sentiment here 100% because the country has that feel of going backwards with the minority controlling the direction. It's hard for me to see 20 to 50 somethings, just letting it all collapse ass backward. The left fights differently unfortunately. They fight the polite way. Not sure why they have to do that, I'd prefer to see the GOP get kicked in the cojones each and every week.
