Yes, weak indeed, Nevertheless, I'll wager he will have all charges dropped anyway as will most of the other white cops and military people. We wouldn't want to destroy a white person's career now over something as trivial as sedition would we? On the other hand anyone that was brown or black grabbed by the FBI for being there is looking at 20 yrs. in a Federal lock up.
All I can say is I hope justice is served. Unfortunately it might not.
