Good morning. At 7:00 a.m. ET DOW futures are +286 and the price of oil per barrel is up and nearing $40 after going into negative territory a few weeks ago. The market is poised to open significantly higher. Given the state of America's general economy with some 40 to 45 million people unemployed, I can't really explain the present market rally.
