The Bill

Can someone please explain this to me. Here we have an excerpt from the new Alabama Anti-Abortion Bill. Notice section i. The section starts off with a reference to the millions of Jews exterminated by the Nazis in concentration camps. What is confusing to me is that in this instance the suffering of Jews is being used as an adjunct to the reasoning behind the bill itself. Here all along I have been under the impression that right wing people hate Jewish people and in many instances deny that the Holocaust even existed. Certainly we get that from the Trump inspired right wing white supremacists who like to take to the streets with Tiki torches and chant hatred about Jewish people. So which is it extreme right wing people? Did the Holocaust happen or does it only happen when an adjunct reasoning for anti-abortion occurs. Also, are Jewish people now okay, or are they only okay for the the same reasoning as above. Does this mean anti-Jewish synagogue shootings are also over?
