This is on purpose. If they can be callous enough to remove healthcare from poor children they are sending us all a signal that they'll have no problem doing the same to millions of adults as well. It's a really bad tell. We are all forewarned here. 2018 is going to be a battle for every Federal program created for PEOPLE over the last 100 yrs. The GOP wants to turn the clock back to before the Progressive era 100 yrs. ago.
