The Market On Monday

Good morning. It is 10 degrees and overcast here in the Upper Hudson Valley. As you know we are expecting 8 to 10 inches of snow starting this afternoon and through Tuesday. It is NYC that is going to really get the brunt of this one with up to 3 feet of snow and winds gushing around 60 MPH. It is the blizzard of 2015. It's been a heck of a year so far.

At 8:00 a.m. ET futures are moderately lower and the price of oil per barrel is down. The market is poised to open lower.

Check out the Greek people, they did in fact vote into power the left leaning Syriza Party. This has naturally freaked out the investment world. Just like the blizzard, let's see what happens in Greece and also like the blizzard, we don't have much of a choice.
