Good morning. At 8:30 a.m. It is hot and sunny here in Upstate NY. Today needs to be a day of rest and relaxation. My ensemble performed yesterday and it really took a lot of energy. Curious how mental energy can be more taxing than physical. With pro-basketball over I am in a sports void as basketball is my only sports passion. I used to follow the Yankees, but I've lost interest. I like basketball because I played the game for many years, at one point as a regular at the Y. We would hit the weight room, hit the court, lose all traces of civility, and compete for real. That was fun. The news is calling out.
