The State GOP dominated legislature passed a law and Gov. Kemp signed it that will essentially allow them to remove Foni and end the trial in Oct. That's one case down three to go for Trump. The 2nd case that will be ended by a Trump Judge is the Docs. case in Fla. That's not going to go anywhere as long as Aileen Cannon presides. She'll move heaven and Earth to protect Donald. She's a Kult member for sure. That's two down . Next up Is the Alvin Bragg Stormy Daniels case and that one is interesting but it's weak on the law. Even if Trump loses here, it's not going to put him in jail more like a BIG fine and probation on appeal is my guess so that leaves the BIG fish the Jack Smith Jan. 6 Insurrection case and here Trump needs to delay delay delay and hope to beat Biden in Nov 2024. He could also try to rig the Jury here but that's going to be hard with Smith and the Judge watching very closely. This is the hard one for Trump and he's going to need to appeal a conviction here all the way to the SCOTUS.

I have to admit it does feel like it's all hanging by a thread. I have some optimism about it though. I can't point to any one specific thing that gives me that optimism. So I really can't refute what you are saying here. I am very fond of John Flannery, and he gives me hope that justice will prevail. His insights are helpful. Same with Andrew Weismann, he's not rattled and picks apart Trump's barrage of chaos. It's going to be a critical election in 2024 as we know. I just wish Biden was 10 years younger.
