Without Kristen Sinema signed onto this so called deal the Dems. and the media are jumping way ahead of themselves. She'll deep six the whole thing in a heartbeat. I'll believe there's a deal when it's signed by Biden NOT a moment before.

I've wondered about her too but my sense is that Manchin holds some sway with her, maybe just enough - if it's good enough for West Virginia then it must be good enough for Arizona.
