Doesn't matter to him as long as his rabid base remains loyal. In his sick mind it justifies his repressive policies against everyone else. In the business world where he comes from you attack and you destroy your enemies and that's what he continues to do.
He's not going to win. He's going to be mortally wounded when this blows over. You can't survive that level of arrogance unscathed. Something will happen.
So far his idea of operating in the world has been endlessly rewarded. Just remember, before reality caught up to Caligula, Nero, Napoleon, Stalin, Hitler, Mao and many other tyrants these people killed millions almost with impunity. I don't expect Donald to go easily into the night. I also don't think Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi worry him. As for the Special Prosecutor, he'll fire Meuller when the time is right and you can bet nothing in DC will happen after he does. That's when the rest of us are going to be tested. That's when his base loads up their AR-15s and the rest of the armory they accumulated when Obama was President.
