It's his bizarre way of belittling the post even as he runs for it. It shows that he never really believed he'd actually win the nomination. Now he's having second thoughts? Who knows he so erratic it's hard to know from one day to the next what he will do or say.
He doesn't even know how many articles are in the Constitution. He's a piece of work like none I've seen. The guy has a major screw loose, something is seriously wrong with that man.
