Climate Central: Forecast First: Warmer Temps Favored Across Entire U.S.
Driving that outlook are the warm sea surface temperatures across the globe, including in the Pacific, along the coast of Alaska, and in the Atlantic.

So far the Atlantic has been eerily quiet as far as tropical storm development. I think it's going to be the quiet before the storm , many of them. The predication from Colorado is for a furious Hurricane season. We'll see.

Very hot, muggy, and dry in these parts. The trees are growing in leaps and bounds, it's very lush, the grass is browning up in spots.
