Abu

Sounds like he is severely injured, incapable of resuming command of ISIS. I wonder what the life expectancy is for the leader of ISIS...

Guardian UK: Isis leader incapacitated with suspected spinal injuries after air strike - Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is being treated in hideout two months after attack while deputy leader Abu Alaa al-Afri runs terror group intent on revenge
Isis is now being led by a long-term senior official, Abu Alaa al-Afri, who had been appointed deputy leader when his predecessor was killed by an air strike late last year.
