Thank you, I needed this. I ain't no doctor wid degrees, but occasionally take advice from one. It's good to know that depression, anxiety, stress and sadness is not permanent. Now can we do something about aging?
Dr Jim's advice for aging - 1/2 hour of yoga a day, eat low inflammation foods and no sugar, walk for exercise, learn how to meditate, find meaningful activity, read, and always count your many many blessings.
