The Market On Wednesday

Good morning. It is 66 degrees and cloudy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts a sunny day with temperatures in the low 80s this afternoon. The headline on CNN this morning reads - 'In 24 hours, Trump breaks most rules of politics and civility'. I believe we are witnessing the very public and tragicomic psychological meltdown of Donald Trump, more tragic than comic too. The man cannot handle the pressure of the position, is this all too painfully clear yet?

At 9:15 a.m. ET futures are modestly lower and the price of oil per barrel is up. The market is poised to open modestly lower.

Indexes have a solid week of losses and today might add to that, who knows. It's still really about corporate reports as a slew of them come through today. It appears that global economic news is really behind the downturn.
