Its report projects that sea levels will probably rise four to eight inches in New York City in the 2020s and perhaps up to 75 inches by the beginning of the 22nd century. NYC and every other major and minor coastal city in America will find itself in desperate straits in a few decades. Miami is already in deep trouble from sea rise.
That is what they are saying, it's hard to grasp.
