Quoting Jeb Bush - "...inspire fear...". Sounds apocalyptic to me as inspire means to "fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative" and fear, well we know what that means. It is a very strange word pairing. Jeb Bush wants the US to inspire fear.

I'm afraid so, and America is definitely up to the task of letting it all happen.
