Russia just can't let it go. At the collapse and dissolution of the USSR Russia and Ukraine parted company having been in a troubled union for over 300 yrs. Putin though wants it back under Russia's less than benign thumb and if he's allowed to have it Poland and the Baltic States are next.

I hate this damn war. and I hated seeing what Russia did the other night in their assault. They hit soft targets, it's beyond disgusting.
