When the foxes are trusted to guardi the henhouse...
...that will be when the Electoral College is dissolved.
In the meantime, Raskin grabs a headline to elevate his profile knowing reality is safely out of reach.
It doesn't hurt to get these ideas out there. They can be like seeds, they start spouting up in people who had not thought of it or resisted it. I don't see a problem with him saying that and I also think the guy is decent politician. He's probably getting multiple death threats a day for his work on the J6 Committee. That takes commitment to withstand all that.
I also like to hear good ideas spoken out loud and Raskin may be a decent guy.
I just believe that any move by members of senate & congress, regardless of how small, is calculated for points.
