Thomas could be getting his orders directly on handwritten notes from V. Putin and it wouldn't mean a damn thing. Biden has ZERO guts to take these people on. Garland is under orders to let them get away with all of it. The only people Garland will go after are "little people' the BIGS are going to be allowed to do whatever they want.
