New Normal

Compared with previous 30-year periods, the climate has turned unambiguously warmer.

It's very obvious here along the coast. An example is ocean water temps. which I watch. The ocean along the Jersey coast is on average now 3 degs. warmer in winter then it was just 30yrs. ago. Also, the rate of sea rise has now accelerated to 3Xs the 20th century rate which was 3X the rate in the 19th Century.

Ocean temperatures are critical. That 3 degrees is a big swing and the effects are far reaching.
