"...anxiety and depressive symptoms rose sharply over the course of 2020...satisfaction number stayed fairly even..." Whaaaat?

US only down one to 19th rank? Well, since no one asked me to participate in this survey I'll tell you my personal ranking is down more than 1.

And you?

I'm good, can't complain. The body is feeling the effects of aging, mind is okay. I got into meditating 3 hours a day several years ago, it's made a difference. It's not magic, it's not full proof, but it's very helpful.

Holy f*n crap. Three hours a day is very serious commitment. I applaud your focus and discipline. Globally speaking, I know what's good for me and do some things. I could be a lot better at taking my own advice.

It might seem like a very serious commitment but it's not. I easily waste tons of time online every day lol.
