Narcissistic personality disorder BIG time fueled by a cocktail of various substances. My guess is this man uses quite a bit of very high quality Cocaine, which he probably snorts. I doubt he smokes it , but who really knows? Melania certainly probably Ivanka.
It's interesting to note that this asterisk is dangling out there over Trump like a big old piñata. His behavior is so strange, yet as the election goes on his supporters are even more adamant, more angry, more determined.
