Listening to this group gave me a bit of hope, then I realized these are people who are gone. Oh well.

There's no place in Congress for people who have an intelligent moral character.

And as these former reps said, ITS UP TO US TO CHANGE THAT.
We the people have the power should we choose to exercise it. Because responsibility comes with that power, its likely we won’t.

The country is bifurcated Mark. The red states will keep putting up idiots like MTG. This is all built into a long ongoing belief system pumped up by right wing media. That's not going away. The only hope is to be in the majority. That is possible except the electoral college allows for minority rule, there are built in hindrances to real democracy in America and that was intentional.
