 NY Times: Suspect in Vermont Shootings Arraigned on Charges of Attempted Murder - Jason J. Eaton, 48, of Burlington, was charged with shooting three college students of Palestinian descent on Saturday outside the building where the police said he lives. By Jenna Russell and Tik Root

The affidavit said that the students were approaching a house when the gunman walked up, pulled out a handgun and started shooting at them from about two yards away.
