Biden's best chance for winning again is to have Trump on the ballot. He doesn't want to run against a younger person suh as Ron Deathsantics or other younger GOP candidates. I don't blame him. If Trump runs again Biden's base will have no alternatice but to turn out even if he's in a coma that day. So Garland is in no hurry to indict or try Trump.
It could really be that simple in explaining why Garland is taking his sweet time.
