Fill your sink with Ice cubes and run warm water around it. It will melt very slowly at first and then it will reach a tipping pt. and all of a sudden seem to melt away completely. Some scientists are worried this is what's happening to Greenland today. If they're right, were all in for a very rude awakening someday.

Two stories stood out to me this week, this one on Greenland and how much has already melted. The second story was on the Amazon. Scientists are warning that if 20% to 25% is destroyed, then all hell breaks loose. It is estimated that 18% of it has been destroyed. we got two choices, put the brakes on now or face decimation. There was another article on how extreme heat adversely affects the human body. Stuff like an increase in kidney stones occur. The GOP must be stopped, it is in my mind the biggest threat to humanity on the planet.
