A biolab could be a lab that does blood sampling and tissue sampling for Drs. The Russians spread this shit because they know they have a audience in the US and elsewhere already primed by Fox and other right wing media to believe any lies they cook up about these so called Biological weapons labs which they aren't.

It all easily resonates with the Xtian right, who appear to have a huge man crush on Putin and see Russia as embodying their white ultra-conservative, conspiratorial, and autocratic values. Crazy times.
