Funny how its a similar situation in the Dem. party were the old hands have control of the party leadership with a growing and angry Progressive wing. In the GOP it's the same way but with an increasingly reactionary and Authoritarian faction of mostly younger members.

The middle is a thing of the past. It's an idea we hold onto though, compromise, a willingness to give a little gain a little. Maybe we'll get a small faction of the GOP that's understands how critical this is.
