(This is just a sampling) It authorizes 93 acres of federal lands to be used for the construction of the Teddy Roosevelt Presidential Library in North Dakota and creates an independent commission to oversee horse racing, a priority of Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican of Kentucky and the majority leader.

It's been said making laws and passing bills in Congress is a lot like making sausage and is best not looked at too closely if one doesn't want to become ill.

This things is garbage, completely inadequate. With Trump stepping in to wreck it, I doubt it goes anywhere anyhow.
