  Unfortunately, with no honest or valuable leadership from the federal government and the White House, the response across the country is very erratic.

In some places, governors, mayors and county leaders have instituted aggressive action that is changing the fabric of life: orders to stay at home, business bans and school closures. In other spots, authorities have been far more lenient, allowing routines to carry on more or less as normal.
